LDP Package Fees
Up to 10 lots: Rs 100,000
Per additional lot above 10: Rs 5,000/lot
Site area > 10,000m² surcharge: Rs 10,000
Residential Morcellement Development Services
• Full morcellement land development plan drawing set (minimum 18 A3 sheets)
• Morcellement permit application, submission, and follow-through to approval

• 7 revision rounds (identical design, one-go) or 3 revision rounds per lot
• 15% bulk discount on per-lot drawing packages when all lots are identical design and contracted one-go
