Formal Quote + Client Agreement
Itemised fee, payment schedule, signed before work begins.
Sign & First Payment
Signed agreement AND first milestone payment confirm the slot. First-come, first-served queue: slot held from first deposit, not from signing.
Work Begins
Drawings, permits, BoQ delivered per milestone. Files released on clearance of each milestone payment.
Delivery
Revision rounds, IP transfer, and government clearances all complete.
Payment
Milestone-based. PayPal live and connected - payment links sent automatically. Direct card payment accepted, no PayPal account required. Binance Pay (BPay) also accepted. Secondary methods available on request.
